**Job Title: Medispa Front Desk with Social Media and Sales Experience**

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Medispa Front Desk, Social Media Coordinator, and Salesperson, combining essential responsibilities to ensure smooth operations, engaging social media presence, and effective sales strategies. This multifaceted position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Front Desk Duties:**
- Greet clients warmly and ensure their needs are met from the moment they walk in.
- Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and spa facilities.
- Process payments, manage invoices, and handle administrative tasks as needed.

2. **Social Media Coordination:**
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Create compelling content including posts, stories, and videos to showcase spa services, promotions, and events.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build relationships and drive traffic.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance and reach.

3. **Sales:**
- Actively promote spa services, packages, and retail products to clients, utilizing effective sales techniques to maximize revenue.
- Educate clients on available treatments, skincare products, and wellness offerings, addressing their individual needs and preferences.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, upselling, and fostering client loyalty.
- Collaborate with the spa team to develop sales initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive business growth.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in customer service, front desk operations, social media management, and sales, preferably in a spa or beauty industry setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both in person and online.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Knowledge of skincare, wellness, and beauty products is a plus.
